Terms of Service
Last updated 9 August 2026
These terms govern your use of CoinBuggie (the “Service”), a research index of publicly disclosed crypto and web3 vulnerability reports. By using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. What the Service is
CoinBuggie aggregates, normalizes and annotates bug bounty disclosures and post-mortems that are already public and closed. Content is provided for research and educational purposes only. We are not affiliated with the platforms or protocols referenced, and we do not host active, embargoed or unpatched vulnerability data.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
3. Memberships and payment
Paid memberships unlock full technical analysis. Subscriptions renew automatically for the selected period until cancelled, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Card payments are processed by Stripe; on-chain payments are final once confirmed and are non-refundable. Prices may change with notice for future periods.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to plan, assist or carry out an attack on any live system.
- Scrape, bulk-export or resell the index, or use it to train a competing dataset without written permission.
- Share member-only content or account access outside your organisation seat.
- Attempt to bypass the paywall, rate limits or authentication.
5. Intellectual property
Original reports remain the property of their authors and source platforms, and are linked back to source. Our normalization, taxonomy, summaries, critiques and site design are our own and may not be copied wholesale. Fair citation with attribution and a link is welcome.
6. No warranty
The Service is provided “as is”. Classifications, severities, payouts and summaries are best-effort and may be incomplete or wrong. Nothing here is security, financial or legal advice. Verify against the original disclosure before relying on it.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
8. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected in the date above. Questions go to hello@coinbuggie.com.
